I took this image of a pink lock on a locker. I then cropped and changed it to black and white. The focal point is the lock itself. I used the poster edges effect and made it look like a cartoon.

This picture was taken upstairs in the math hall looking out to the window . The focal point of this picture is the person, but the background adds to the overall look. I transformed it into black and white and made it look aged using the brush strokes tool, dark strokes. Then i added an image from google of a figure looking out the window. This added more of an eerie/aged look.

New kid in class !

This is Julia , she is new at OLOL. She is very self-contious of her long neck. She likes to play sports such as volleyball and tennis , her favourite subject is English. She is an honour student and hopes to fit in well here at Lourdes.
If i were to do this assignment again , i would try to blend the neck and new body better as well as making the hair look more realistic.
I merged Erin's, Nick's, Jeff, and myself.

About me !

1. My name is Jillian Bulger. I enjoy art and making creative things , as i am a creative person. I want to get a better understanding of how the computer can help me express myself as an artist.
2. I liked the artwork of Josh Sommers because it was unique and interesting . I feel that if i looked at it longer and tried to understand it , it would tell a story .

3. I agree with these studio rules and will have no trouble following the requirements.

4. I feel this quote is real and means something to me personally. I believe it is true that an artist sees things different and takes it their own way and makes a picture something beautiful.
